Submit Two Airway Photographs
Please text the following photographs to our HIPAA-protected encrypted line: 314-222-0601
Photographs should be taken in good lighting with your hair pulled back (if applicable). These photographs assist our anesthesia providers in evaluating facial structure, neck anatomy, and airway characteristics prior to your procedure. Airway photographs can supplement the standard pre-anesthesia airway assessment.
Include the following information:
- Patient Name and Date of Birth
- Height and weight
- If they have reflux or a history of reflux
- Are they on a GLP-1 or phentermine
- Do they have sleep apnea or use a CPAP machine
This information is collected solely for clinical use and will either become part of your medical record at the treating facility or be securely shredded after use, in accordance with applicable privacy and HIPAA requirements.
